Alice C. A. Sibley Fund
The Alice C. A. Sibley Fund was established in 2004 at Greater Worcester Community Foundation as a permanent endowment to serve area residents who have limited access to eye care and specialty ophthalmology services. We have approximately $24,000 available each year for local direct services in optical health.
Areas of Interest
The purpose of the Alice C.A. Sibley Fund is to provide medical eye care to vulnerable populations of all ages in Worcester including:
- hospital and surgical fees
- medical equipment
- eye glasses and corrective treatment
Scope and Limitations
Applicants must be tax-exempt, nonprofit organizations as recognized by IRS code 501(c)(3).
Applicants must be located in or providing services to residents of Worcester, Massachusetts.
Applications for this grant cycle will be by invitation only.

The application form is online. The first time an organization applies to the Foundation through our online application system, it creates an Organization Account to use for each application going forward. Please use the same account you have previously used, or create a new one if this your first time applying online. You may contact Foundation staff to find out if your organization already has an account in our system.
