Workshop Description: If you enjoyed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Getting Started, and are ready to make your organization more diverse, inclusive and equitable, join us for this hands on workshop. Using a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion organizational survey tool developed by Promoting Good, LLC, you will identify challenges faced by your organization and set targeted goals that will allow your organization to take the next steps necessary to move your organization forward. Organized as a clinic and led by two diversity leaders, you can expect practical advice and individual consultation in a supportive, non-judging and confidential setting. You will also have ample opportunity to share your experience and learn from others in the group.
