Alice C. A. Sibley Fund
The Alice C. A. Sibley Fund was established in 2004 at Greater Worcester Community Foundation as a permanent endowment to serve area residents who have limited access to eye care and specialty ophthalmology services. We have $24,000 available each year for local direct services in optical health.
Areas of Interest
The purpose of the Alice C.A. Sibley Fund is to provide medical eye care to vulnerable populations of all ages in Worcester including:
- hospital and surgical fees
- medical equipment
- eye glasses and corrective treatment
Additional Documentation
Include with your application a two page letter that describes your organization and the specific ways that you address the goals of the fund, indicating who and how many will be served.
Scope and Limitations
Applicants must be tax-exempt, nonprofit organizations as recognized by IRS code 501(c)(3).
Applicants must be located in or providing services to residents of Worcester, Massachusetts.
Deadline
October 15
