Thomas J. Bartholomew, chair, is president of Bartholomew & Company, Inc., an independent investment securities business in Worcester.
William R. Carrick is a former senior vice president of Alexander & Alexander and a trustee of The Carrick Foundation and The Douglas Evergreen Cemetery.
James E. Collins is executive vice president and treasurer of Clark University, and a trustee of the Alden Trust.
Dix F. Davis is a former vice president of Allmerica Financial Corporation, where he underwrote commercial mortgages and managed real estate investments.
Warner S. Fletcher is director of the law firm of Fletcher, Tilton & Whipple PC and trustee for several Worcester family foundations.
Abraham W. Haddad, DMD, is a practicing periodontist and serves as chairman of the board of Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives, which supports growth of biotechnology.

The investment committee is responsible for selecting the investment consultant, determining asset allocation, and hiring investment managers on behalf of the board of directors. The committee is comprised of independent members of the foundation board or community of corporators. They bring investment expertise and serve without compensation. The committee is chaired by the foundation’s treasurer.
