for its Safe Homes program to serve the housing needs of GLBT and questioning youth

Elder Services of Worcester Area $20,000
to hire an outreach worker for the LGBT Aging Project’s Open Door Task Force, a collaboration with Central Massachusetts Area Agency on Aging and the Worcester Senior Center

Lutheran Social Services of New England $22,000
for the Worcester Refugee and Immigrant Assistance Center to provide legal representation to LGBT asylum seekers and educate the community about international human rights conditions

Mount Wachusett Community College $15,000
to organize a North Central GLBT Alliance with Leominster Unitarian Universalist Church, Partnership for Latino Success, and UMass Health Alliance Hospital, to offer programs and community education to increase safety and support

UMass Memorial Health Care, Inc. $25,000
for the GLBTQ quality improvement committee to create “Treated as Family,” a training program for key hospital personnel

Worcester Academy $5,000
for Rainbow of Possibilities, a one-day regional conference for public and private high school students and their adult sponsors who are active in Gay Straight Alliances
