Guidelines
ABOUT THE FUND
The Alice C. A. Sibley Fund was established in 2004 at Greater Worcester Community Foundation as a permanent endowment to serve area residents who have limited access to eye care and specialty ophthalmology services. Approximately $24,000 in grants will be awarded annually to one or more organizations that directly support people's eye health.
AREAS OF INTEREST
The purpose of the Alice C.A. Sibley Fund is to provide medical eye care to vulnerable populations of all ages in Worcester including:
SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
Applicants must be tax-exempt, nonprofit organizations as recognized by IRS code 501(c)(3).
Applicants must be located in or providing services to residents of Worcester, Massachusetts.
DEADLINE
April 15
Note: If a deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, proposals are due the following business day at 5:00 p.m
