Help with PDF Files

All guidelines and forms on this site are provided as Acrobat PDF files. You will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader (free) to view and print them. To download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the button below, which will bring you to Adobe's web site.

 

Accessing PDF files

In most cases, installing Acrobat Reader will enable you to open PDF files directly in your browser.

If you don't have any success opening the PDF files in your browser, try the following:

While you are at .PDF file hyperlink but haven't
opened it yet:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer: Right-click on the .PDF hyperlink and select "Save Target As." Save the file in the directory of your choice. Then access it with your Reader.
   
• Netscape: Right-click on the the .PDF hyperlink and select "Save Link As." Save the file in the directory of your choice. Then access it with your Reader.

Using a PDF form:

• When you download a PDF on this site you will be asked where you want to save it.
• Save it to your desktop.
• Click to open it there and fill in the relevant boxes.
• You can use your TAB key to skip to the next field.
• You will not be able to save the form, you have to fill it out in one go.
• When you are finished go to 'file' and choose 'print'.
• You can then print it out, sign the relevant box, and mail it to us.
