Annual Meeting Set for May 10

The 35th Annual Meeting of Greater Worcester Community Foundation will take place at 4:30 pm at Mechanics Hall, 321 Main Street, Worcester, on Monday, May 10, 2010.

NSC Spring Course Information
Nonprofit Support Center programs are focused on the needs of staff and board and take place at the foundation office. Sessions now being offered March 3 through May 4.

Grant Program Announcements

Monday, March 15, 2010 is the deadline date for Community Ministries Fund, Spring Discretionary Cycle and Fairlawn Foundation Spring Cycle.

The deadline for The Auburn Foundation grant applications is Thursday, April 1, 2010.

All grant applications for the Leicester Savings Bank Fund must be received by 5:00pm on Monday, April 15th.

Scholarship Program

Scholarship application materials and guidelines are now available. The deadline for the scholarship applications and all required materials is by 5:00 pm, Monday, March 22nd.

Foundation Partners with Cultural Data Project

Beginning March 15, 2010, all arts- and culture-related nonprofit organizations and programs will be required to complete an annual comprehensive profile through the Cultural Data Project with all discretionary grant applications.

Foundation Elects New Board Chair

R. Joseph Salois, President of Atlas Distributing in Auburn, has been elected Chairman of the Board.
